I had a lot of fun painting this dog protrait for my friend Mark. This is Snowflake, his beloved, family dog. Snowflake wandered away from home one day, never to return - as older doggies sometimes do in their final hours. Mark said he likes to imagine Snowflake just walking straight to heaven. That's a lovely way to think of it. Rest in peace, sweet Snowflake.
